In under 3 years as East Coast Operations Manager for an international lighting company based in California, Ermon grew sales from zero to over two million dollars. After 7 years of continued growth, Ermon stepped down and founded Image Innovation Group. Today, IIG continues its steady growth, providing clients the highest quality custom signage available.

Russ Cummings

Russ Cummings Sales and Special Projects Manager

Russ earned a bachelors degree in Advertising from the University of Florida and has worked in the sign industry for over 40 years. Russ managed contracts for the Baltimore Ravens’ NFL stadium, Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, and Amtrak’s Acela Express high-speed rail service, among many others.

Beth Wilson

Beth Wilson Secretary, Office Manager

Beth has an A.A.S. in Accounting and has worked in the field for over 15 years. Married with two beautiful children, Taylor and Jake, Beth was born and raised in Greensboro, NC, where she currently continues to reside. Hobbies include working out, cycling, and spending time with her family.
